Vivian (voiced by Elizabeth Daily) is an adorable and very beautiful 4 year old girl and she is a granddaughter of Mr. Bart and a rival of Mary Bell. Despite her cuteness and beauty, Vivian is a bit bossy and selfish that she is a grumpy little girl with Mary bell and her friends, and she was given by Aqua Regina the silver pearl and she becomes the silver mermaid princess.
