Here's the transcript for Snack Time.
Once upon a time in the wubbulous town called Whoville, the Cat in the Hat was telling a story to the little cats A, B, and C.
The Cat in the Hat: Little cats, remember when we first met Steve and Blue and play Blue’s Clues the first time?
Little Cat A: We sure do, Cat.
Little Cat B: But, it's been a while, Cat.
Little Cat C: Could you tell us how it all started, just in case we forget?
The Cat in the Hat: Of course, but how about we visited him for old time sake?
With that, the little cats cheered as he along with his wubbulous gang were ready to enter the book.
The Cat in the Hat and his friends: (singing) Let’s skidoo and see Blue!
As they skidoo right into the book, Yertle wasn’t so lucky as he’d got his head stuck in a flowerbed.
Terrence McBird: Are you okay, Yertle?
Yertle the Turtle: (muffling) I’m okay! (spits the flowers out of his mouth) I’m just not used to enter a book before.
Just then, Steve saw them out his window.
Steve: Hey there! I’m Steve. Have you seen Blue, my puppy?
Little Cat C: (spotted her behind the same flower bed that yertle crashed into) There she is!
As Blue jumped out, she gave Little Cat C a good lick as he giggled.
Steve: Who’re you guys?
The Cat in the Hat: I’m the Cat, the Cat in the Hat if you please. And these are some friends from the wubbulous world of Seussville. (calling out the little cats) Little cats, come introduce yourselves!
Little Cat A: Little Cat A at your service.
Little Cat B: I'm Little Cat B ready to play.
Little Cat C: And I'm Little Cat C, nice to see you. And here are Little Cats D and E.
Little Cat F: Little Cat F here with Little Cats G, H, I, J, K, L, and M.
Little Cat N: Little Cat N here with Little Cat O.
Little Cat P: Little Cat P here with Little Cats Q and R.
Little Cat S: Little Cat S here with Little Cats T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z.
Little Cat Z: Z Zoop Zap Zee.
Horton the Elephant: I’m Horton, and this is my son, Morton the Elephant Bird.
Morton the Elephant Bird: Hi!
The Grinch: I’m the Grinch, and this is my dog, Max.
Max the Dog: (barks)
Yertle the Turtle: I’m Yertle the Turtle, how do you do?
Terrence McBird: (to Yertle) How do you what? (to Steve) And I’m Terrence McBird.
King Derwin: Tis I, King Derwin of the Kingdom of Didd. This is my daughter, Princess Tizz.
Princess Tizz: Hi.
Milo the Page: And I’m Milo the Page.
Norval the Fish: I’m Norval the fish and these are Lady Fertibula, Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose, Fox in Socks and Mr. Knox, Jane and Junior Kangaroo, the Yapper-Nap, Sarah Hall-Small, Matthew Katroom, Sam-I-Am, and Pam-I-Am.
Steve: Well then, come on in.
With that said, the gang went into the house. But as for Yertle, he’d taken the doggie door.
Yertle the Turtle: Nice place you have there, Steve.
Steve: Thank you, Yertle. I’m so glad you’re all here.
The Cat in the Hat: Here for what, Steve?
Steve: It’s almost snack time.
Sam-I-Am: (as he checks his watch) It’s already snack time?
Morton the Elephant Bird: Wow, time does fly by fast.
Steve: Blue! Blue! Did any of you see Blue?
Terrence McBird: Found her! She’s under the table, Steve.
Steve: Oh. (whispering) Under the table. (gives an okay sign as he spotted Blue under the table as she pops out and he laughs) Blue, what’re you up to? Come on, it’s just about snack time. And we’re having graham crackers.
The Grinch: That sounds delicious! And do you have everything ready for snack, Steve?
Steve: Sure do, Mr. Grinch. We have graham crackers, we have plates, we have napkins, we..
Blue: (shakes her head no)
Steve: No, we don’t have everything ready for a snack?
Blue: (shakes her head no)
Junior Kangaroo: So, what do you want with your snack, Blue?
In response, Blue leapt from the chair as she’d placed a pawprint on Jane Kangaroo’s face.
Steve: Oh! Okay, we’ll play Blue’s Clues, so we can figure out what blue wants with her snack. That’s a great idea, I love Blue’s Clues!
With that, Steve did a little dance.
Steve: (singing) We are gonna play Blue’s Clues, cause that’s a really great game. Yeah!
The Cat in the Hat: My word, Steve, that was a really great dance and song.
Steve: Thanks, Cat. Ready? Let’s go.
Jane Kangaroo: Ahem, we can’t do it unless we can figure out to remove this pawprint off of my face?
Yertle the Turtle: Oh yeah, we forgot, that’s going to be a problem.
Little Cat A: How can we get the paw print off of Jane's face?
Steve: No problem, Little Cat A, allow me.
So, Steve grabbed a napkin and wiped the pawprint off of Jane’s face.
Jane Kangaroo: Thank you, Steve.
Steve: You’re welcome, Jane. So remember. Blue’s paw prints will be on the clues. (shows his Blue’s Clues sign) Blue’s Clues. Hey, you know what we need for Blue’s Clues is our handy dandy…
Pam-I-Am: Let me guess, notebook?
Steve: Notebook, right. Come on.
With that said, the gang heads towards Sidetable Drawer.
Sidetable Drawer: Blue’s Clues, I’m so excited. (as she’d open the drawer)
Steve: (as he’d grabbed his notebook from the drawer) Here it is! You know, I can tell I’m really gonna need your help today, figuring out what Blue wants with her snack. Will you guys help me?
The Cat in the Hat: Sure we will, Steve.
Steve: You will?! Great.
With that said the gang head to the front room and did a song.
Steve: We gotta find a pawprint
That’s the first clue,
We put it in our notebook
And now what do we do?
Blue’s Clues.
Jane and Junior Kangaroo: (with Steve) Blue’s Clues!
Steve: We’d gotta find another pawprint
That’s the second clue,
We’d put it in our notebook
And now what do we do?
Blue’s Clues.
Horton and Morton: (with Steve) Blue’s Clues.
Steve: We’d gotta find another pawprint
That’s the third clue,
We’d put it in the notebook,
And well you know what to do.
Blue’s Clues.
Horton, Morton, Jane, and Junior: (with Steve) Blue’s Clues.
Steve: Then we’d sit down in our thinking chair,
And think, think, think
‘Cause when we use our minds,
And take a step at a time,
We can do anything...
Blue: (as she’d leapt towards the Grinch and barks)
Steve: That we want to do.
Once the song was over, they begin to play Blue’s Clues.
Horton the Elephant: Wait a minute, where did blue go?
Morton the Elephant Bird: (pointing her direction) This way, Dad.
Steve: Come on.
With that they head to the bedroom.
Steve: (singing) We are looking for Blue’s Clues, we are looking for Blue’s Clues, we are looking for Blue’s Clues I wonder where they are.
Along the way, Junior Kangaroo notice a cup with Blue’s pawprint on it.
Junior Kangaroo: Hey, I found a clue, guys!
Steve: You do, where? Where’s the clue, Junior? I can't find the clue.
The Grinch: (facepalmed himself) Oh, for pity sakes! It's right there on the cup, Steve.
As Grinch pointed out, Steve noticed the clue.
Steve: Oh, the clue! Ah ha! Did you know how its a clue?
Princess Tizz: Because it has Blue’s pawprint on it?
Steve: That’s right, Tizz, and it's our first Blue’s clues. Now, what do we do?
Little Cat F: How about we put it in your notebook, Steve?
Steve: Yeah, we need our handy-dandy notebook. (as he’d revealed his notebook)
Steve: (as he draws a cup in his notebook) Okay, a big circle, lines for the sides, a line for the bottom, two lines and we have a cup.
Sam-I-Am: That’s a nice drawing of a cup, Steve, but no one would want to eat a cup for a snack.
Steve: You're right, Sam. Hey, do you think Blue would want to put something in the cup?
Cat in the Hat: I’d believe so, Steve, but we need to find 2 more clues to figure out what Blue wants with her snack.
Steve: Well then, come on, Guys. (as they went further into the bedroom Steve begins to call out for Blue) Blue, blue. Did you see Blue?
Mr. Knox: Found her, Steve, and she’s under the bed.
The Grinch: I see her too!
Steve: Oh, under the bed, gotcha. I don’t see Blue!
As Steve checks under the bed, Blue is now on top of the bed and this goes on for a couple of seconds until Steve found Blue.
Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose: (as heard some elephant noise) Steve, what was that?
Steve: I don’t know, Thidwick.
Fox in Socks: I thought it was Horton trumpeting.
Horton the Elephant: It wasn’t me, but where’s Morton?
Morton the Elephant Bird: Over here, Everyone, and I’m drawing the elephants.
Junior Kangaroo: You heard Morton.
The Orange Elephant: Hey. Hey, Blue, I’ve been waiting for you.
Morton the Elephant Bird: Guys, this is the Orange Elephant and he needs help because Blue forgot to color in his family.
The Orange Elephant: Can you help me?
The Cat in the Hat: Sure we can, Orange Elephant.
Blue: (then jumps into the drawing of elephant family eating peanuts)
Steve: Woah! Morton, can you help Blue finish painting the picture?
Morton the Elephant Bird: I’ll give it all I got, Steve.
Steve: Great, then we can go look for more Blue’s Clues.
The Orange Elephant: Okay, let’s paint the biggest elephant yellow.
Jane Kangaroo: (finds the yellow paint) Morton, Blue, here’s the yellow paint.
As Blue dove into yellow paint, she’d made her way to the big elephant and shake the paint off of her and onto the elephant.
The Yellow Elephant: (eats a peanut) Why, thank you.
Steve: Nice work, Jane.
Junior Kangaroo: Way to go, Mother.
The Orange Elephant: Hi, Mom. That was awesome. (to Blue and Morton) Blue, Morton, can you paint the elephant with the longest trunk pink now?
Horton the Elephant: (finds the pink paint) You’d mean this pink paint?
Morton the Elephant Bird: That’s the one, Dad.
Horton the Elephant: Nothing to it, Son. (to Blue) Okay, Blue, do your stuff.
As Blue dove into the pink paint, she’d went towards the elephant with the longest trunk shook it off.
The Pink Elephant: (eats a peanut) Why, thank you.
The Orange Elephant: How’re you doing, Bro? That was great. (to Blue and Morton) Okay, can you paint the baby elephant purple?
Morton the Elephant Bird: (finds the purple paint) I’d found it, Blue.
Horton the Elephant: Alright, Morton. Well done, Son.
As Blue dove into the purple paint, she’d went towards the baby elephant and shook it off.
The Purple Elephant: (eats a peanut) Thank you.
Steve: (sounding French) What a painters that Blue and Morton, and all of you too.
Horton the Elephant: And Blue did a great job thanks to you, Morton.
Morton the Elephant Bird: Thanks, Dad.
With that done, the elephant painted family trumpets as Blue leapt out of the drawing and to the next location.
The Cat in the Hat: Now, to find two more clues to figure out what Blue wants with her snack.
As they went into the fontroom, the group were following Blue, until the phone rang.
Steve: Blue, where are...
With a surprise, Steve that he lost his footing and fell on top of Yertle.
Steve: Sorry, Yertle. Are you okay?
Yertle the Turtle: Yes, I’m fine, Steve.
Steve: It’s the phone.
So, Steve got up and answered the phone.
Steve: Hello?
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper: Hello, Hello!
Mr. Salt: This is Mr. Salt.
Mrs. Pepper: And Mrs. Pepper.
Mr Knox: Who’s on the phone, Steve?
Steve: It’s my good friends, Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper. (back on the phone) Hello, Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper. How are you?
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper: Fine.
Mrs. Pepper: But Blue is in the kitchen.
Mr. Salt: And she’d making a really big mess.
Steve: Uh oh. Alright, stay put, we’ll be right there. (hangs up) You will come and help me on this, won’t you.
The Cat in the Hat: Sounds like we’ve got work to do at the kitchen.
Steve: Cool. Alright, we better get to the kitchen, and fast.
So, they all head towards the kitchen.
Steve: Wait ‘til you guys meet Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper, you’re gonna love’em.
Sam-I-Am: I’ll bet, Steve. If they’re french chefs, then I can’t wait to meet them.
Steve: (singing) We are going to the kitchen, and meet my kitchen friends.
Pam-I-Am: And here they are. (as he noticed Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper) These two shakers?
Steve: Hi, Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper.
Mr. Salt: Hello, Steve.
Mrs. Pepper: Hello, Steve.
Mr. Salt: Who’re your new friends?
Steve: Mr. Salt, Mrs. Pepper, I’d like you to meet...
The Cat and the Hat: The Cat, The Cat in the Hat and these are the rest of the wubbulous gang, but more importantly (notice a tipped over bag and food spilled onto the counter) what happen here?
Mr. Salt: Uh, Blue knocked over the grocery bag.
Mrs. Pepper: That what she’d did.
So, Max started talking to Blue in doggie language.
The Grinch: I don't know what they’re saying, but it’ll be very nice to clean it up.
Steve: You got that right, Mr. Grinch. So let’s clean this up first, and then we can look for more Blue’s Clues.
Mr. Salt: Okay.
Mrs. Pepper: Okay. Let’s start with a great big circle.
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper: Like this. (as the two shaped their mouths as a circle)
Little Cat O: (finds an orange) You mean this orange?
The Cat in the Hat: That’s the one alright, Little Cat O.
With that said, Little Cat O puts the orange away in the fridge.
Mr. Salt: Great!
Mrs. Pepper: Great! Now, let’s put away the square.
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper: Like this. (as the two shaped their mouths as a square)
Sam-I-Am: (finds a block of swiss cheese) Oh, I’d think they meant the swiss cheese.
Yertle the Turtle: You know it, Sam-I-Am.
With that said, Sam-I-Am puts the cheese away in the fridge.
Mr. Salt: Wonderful.
Mrs. Pepper: Wonderful.
Mr. Salt: Now, let’s put away the rectangle.
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper: Like this. (as the two shaped their mouths as a rectangle)
Yertle the Turtle: (as he finds a graham cracker) I think this graham cracker is shaped like a rectangle.
Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose: That’s the one, Yertle.
With that said, Yertle puts the graham cracker away in the fridge.
Mr. Salt: Great!
Mrs. Pepper: Great!
Mr. Salt: Now, let’s put away the triangle.
Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper: Like this. (as the two shaped their mouths as a triangle)
Junior Kangaroo: (as finds a grape) Oh, Mother, this grape is shaped like a triangle.
Jane Kangaroo: That’s right, Junior, very smart of you.
With that said, Junior puts the grapes away in the fridge.
Steve: Hey, thanks for helping, Guys.
Cat in the Hat: Hey, Blue, mind if you come with me to the fridge?
Mr. Knox: Cat, what are you doing?
Cat in the Hat: Watch this, Everyone.
As the Cat in the Hat pulled some magic dust from his hat, he’d sprinkled it all over the shaped foods causing it to become the shapes for a house and a sun. And as for Blue, she’d jumped into the fridge during the magic, and then leapt out of the fridge as she’d knocked over something offscreen.
Terrence McBird: What just happened!?
Horton the Elephant: Oh boy, let’s clean up the other mess that Blue made.
Steve: Oh no, these straws are all over the place. Maybe we should… (thumps his fingers) put’em away. (singing his tunes and he puts the straws away on a cup) There. Now, all those straws are put away.
Matthew Katroom: (notice one of the straws covered in little blue pawprints) Hey, Steve, I found a clue.
Steve: (to Matthew) You found a clue, where, Matthew?
Matthew Katroom: On the straw, Steve.
However, that silly straw is hiding behind the cup filled with straws. As soon as Steve pulls the straws in the cup away, he sees the second clue.
Steve: Ah ha! (laughs triumphantly) Now, that’s about the silliest straw I ever saw.
Mr. Knox: Actually, Steve, the straw is the clue.
Steve: (realized) You’re right, Mr. Knox. That straw has Blue’s pawprints on it! It must be one of Blue’s Clues. You know what to do.
Yertle the Turtle: So, what are we waiting for? Let’s put this straw in the handy-dandy notebook.
Steve: Notebook. Right, Yertle. (as he draws a straw) Let’s see. There’s the top, a couple of lines, that little bendy part, two long lines, and a stripe down the middle.
Little Cat A: So, let’s get over this, Guys. What does Blue want with her snack as we got a cup and a straw?
Little Cat C: Maybe it’s something you drink out of a cup with a straw like juice and lemonade.
Steve: Those are possible theories, Little Cat C, but we need one more clue to figure this out.
The Cat in the Hat: And then we’ll know what Blue wants with her snack.
Chorus: Mailtime, mailtime, mailtime, mailtime, MAIL TIME!!!!!
Steve: Blue! Blue? (hears the chorus for Mail Time) Hey, Guys, the mails here!
Mr. Knox: Really?! Let’s go!
With that the group head to the front room to get the mail.
Steve: Here's the mail, it never fails
It makes me wanna wag my tail
When it comes I wanna wail, Mail!
After the song was over, Mailbox came into the house by the window to deliver Steve a letter.
Mailbox: Okay, mail’s here. Mail’s here, that’s me, mail.
So, Mailbox opens his lid as Steve got the letter out of him.
Steve: Thank you, Mailbox.
Mailbox: You’re welcome!
Steve: We just got a letter. (singing) We just got a letter, we just got a letter, we just got a letter, wonder who it’s from.
Horton the Elephant: Well, let’s open it and see, Steve.
So, Steve opens the letter to see who it’s from.
The Kids: Hi, Steve, we’re having snacks!
Steve: Oh, look. It’s a letter from Morgan, Perry, and Brent.
The Cat in the Hat: Well then, let’s see more.
The Grinch: Quiet now, Everyone.
During the view, the children were having peanut butter and apples for snacks.
The Cat in the Hat: Have a nice snack.
Steve: Bye. (as he closed his letter) I love snacks, don’t you guys?
Little Cat A: Hey, do you think we could find one more clue?
The Cat in the Hat: I do believe you’re right, Little Cat A.
Just then, Blue jumped right into the picture of the farm.
Yertle the Turtle: What in the world just happened!?
Steve: Woah! Did you guys see that? Blue just went right into that picture of that farm, that’s so cool!
Horton the Elephant: I think Blue wants us to follow her.
Steve: I think you’re right, Horton. There goes Blue.
The Cat in the Hat: Then let’s go too.
Steve, the Cat, and the wubbulous gang: Blue skidoo, we can too!
So, they all jumped right into the picture of the farm.
Steve: Woah! What a great farm, Everyone.
Sarah Hall-Small: It sure is, Steve.
Pam-I-Am: This is very interesting that any picture we jump into became the real thing.
The Grinch: (as he’s in a farmer’s outfit) Why do I have to be a farmer?
Yertle the Turtle: It’s just for fun, Mr. Grinch. Just go along with it.
Steve: He’s right. Let’s have a look around. (singing) We are farming for Blue’s Clues, we are farming for Blue’s Clues! We are farming for Blue’s Clues, E-I-E-I-O! With a chick chick here, a chick there. Chick chick here, and a chick there. Here a chick, there a chick, everywhere a chick chick. (spoke) Everywhere a chick chick! (noticed one of the different chicks) I think this little chick is trying to tell us something.
The Cat in the Hat: What is it?
Terrence McBird: Well, it's a bunch of chicks with different hats. That what is, Cat.
So, they went over to the chicks as Steve spoke with one chick that jumped right into his hand.
Steve: Hello, Little chick.
Chick: Hey, Steve, can you guys help me find my friend?
Steve: Okay. What does your friend look like?
Chick: My friend has a hat on just like mine’s. See?
Steve: You guys ready to help this little chick?
Little Cat C: Yep.
Steve: Then we can look for more Blue’s Clues.
Terrence McBird: And then, we’ll know what Blue wants with her snack.
Chick: My friend has a hat on just like mine, do any of you see my friend?
Little Cat B: (pointing at the chick with the newspaper hat) There’s your friend with the same hat as yours.
Chick: Thank you.
Steve: See? You found your friend.
Chicks: Yes. See how we match? Thank you for helping us.
Steve: Great work, Little Cat B. Now, we can go look for more Blue’s Clues.
Chick: (jumps on Steve’s hand) Hi, can you help me too? Can you help me find my friend?
Steve: Okay. What does your friend look like?
Chick: My friend had a hat like mine.
Steve: Are you guys ready to help again?
Morton the Elephant Bird: Yup.
Chick: I sure hope you can help me. (jumped out to Steve) I sure hope you can help me. Do any of you see my friend?
Terrence McBird: (pointing the chick with the same hat) There he is over there.
Steve: (as the two chicks landed in his hands) See? You found your friend too.
Chicks: See how we match? Thank you for helping us.
Steve: You’re welcome. (as they jump out of his hands and he waved goodbye to them) Great job, Terrence. Now, we can go look for more Blue’s Clues. (as another chick jumps in his hand) You too, huh?
Chick: Uh huh. Can you help me, please?
Steve: Okay. What does your friend look like?
Chick: My friend has a hat on just like mine.
Steve: Has a hat on just like yours. Right, right. We kinda thought so. (to the Cat and his friends) You guys ready to help again?
Sam-I-Am: Yes!
Chick: Do you guys see him, do you see my friend?
Horton the Elephant: (pointing the chick with the same hat) I’d believe that’s the chick you're looking for.
Steve: See? You found your friend too.
Chicks: Thank you for helping us.
Steve: Oh, you’re very welcome. But now, can you help me find my friend?
Chicks: Certainly. What does your friend look like?
Steve: Well, Blue’s sorta a little puppy who’s blue and...
Chicks: You mean the silly puppy on your head?
As on cue, Blue was actually on Steve’s head, which made the wubbulous gang and Steve laugh at this predicament.
Steve: Blue, what’re you up to?
As soon as Blue jumps off of Steve’s head, they followed her back to the painting.
Steve: Let’s go find Blue, come on. (as they begin searching) Blue? Blue? Blue?
Not before long, Morton notices a cow has a big blue pawprint on its side.
Morton the Elephant Bird: Hey, Steve! I found a clue!
Steve: You found a clue, Morton? Where, where’s the clue?
The Grinch: (sees a clue too) Over there behind you on that cow.
Steve: That cow has Blue’s pawprints all over it! Why that means that cow is another one of Blue’s Clues!
Jane Kangaroo: Just out of curiosity, does Blue really want a cow for a snack?
Terrence McBird: No way, Jane! That’s ridiculous.
Jane Kangaroo: Good point, Terrence.
Steve: So anywho, this calls for our handy dandy…
Steve and the Little Cats: Notebook
Little Cats B: Jinx! You owe us a drink of orange juice after we solve this mystery, Steve.
Steve: Done deal. (as he started to draw the cow in his notebook) Okay, we’d got the cow’s head, a big circle for the body, lines for the legs and tail, hoofs, and an udder.
Fox in Socks: And there’s a cow. Well, that’s great, now we all have three (realized the situation) clues.
Steve: (to Fox in Socks) I’d think your right, Mr. Fox, because we’re ready to head back and to our Thinking Chair!
Sarah Hall-Small: Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s go and find out what Blue wants with her snack!
Steve: Great, Sarah. Let’s go.
Just when Blue skidoo back home, Steve, the Cat in the Hat, and the wubbulous gang followed as Steve sits in the Thinking Chair.
Steve: Now that we’re in our Thinking Chair, let’s think.
The Cat in the Hat: Right, Steve. So, we’re trying to figure out what Blue wants with her snack.
Little Cat A: And our clues are a cup, a straw, and a cow.
Little Cat C: Oh, I know! Do you think that Blue wants to put the cow into the cup and have her use the straw slurp it up?
Yertle the Turtle: Don’t be ridiculous, Little Cat C! No one can put a cow in a cup or a straw, it won’t even fit in either of them.
Junior Kangaroo: Well, we do know that cow makes the moo sound and they also make milk.
Jane Kangaroo: Repeat that again, Junior.
Junior Kangaroo: You mean cows make milk, Mother?
Jane Kangaroo: That must be what Blue wants with her snack. (to Steve) Don’t you think so, Steve?
Steve: Of course, that’s it! Blue wants milk with her snack, she’d needs a cup to hold the milk and a straw to slurp it. We’ve just figured out Blue’s Clues!
The Cat in the Hat: Yes we have, Steve.
Steve: (singing) We’ve just figured out Blue’s Clues, we’ve just figured out Blue’s Clues! We’ve just figured out Blue’s Clues, because we’re really smart!
Horton the Elephant: Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s head to the kitchen and grab some milk, a cup, and straw for Blue’s snack.
So, Blue returned to the table to get ready for her milk with her snack as Steve came with a 26 glass of orange juice for Little Cats A to Z and milk for everyone else, including Blue.
Steve: We’re all set for our snack, Blue, got our milks with cups and straws right here.
Just as Blue licked Steve as a way of saying thank you, she sat down and enjoyed her cup of milk.
Yertle the Turtle: That’s great that we’re joining you for snack, Steve. But I have one question, how come these colorful pachyderms are out of picture eating peanuts?
Steve: Hey, look who’s here! It’s the elephants! Remember how we help them paint their family?
The Grinch: We sure do, Steve. (notices Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper) And look, it’s Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper!
Steve: Yes, Mr. Grinch, and they even brought the food we put away.
Morton the Elephant Bird: Not to mention the Cat in the Hat used his magic to convert the food into a house inside the fridge.
Steve: (noticing the chicks) And look, it’s those chick. Terrence, remember those hats?
Terrence McBird: Oh yeah, Steve. Now that you’d think about it, we’d helped the three chicks find their friends just by matching the hats.
The Cat in the Hat: I couldn’t agree more, Bird. What a day!
Steve: Hey, Everyone, a word in the front room please?
So, the Cat and his friends joined Steve at the other room.
Steve: Hey, Guys, thank you all so much for all your help today.
The Cat in the Hat: It was our pleasure, Steve. But before we leave, how about we sing two more songs?
Terrence McBird: Sounds good to me, Cat.
Steve: Okay, I’ll go first.
Now It's time for So Long
But, we'll sing just one more song
Thanks for doing your part
You sure are smart
You know with me and you
And my dog, Blue
Steve and the wubbulous gang: We can do anything that we wanna do
The Cat in the Hat: Great song, Steve. And now, it’s our turn to sing our last song.
Hooray for us, Hooray I say
Hooray for all the fun that we have everyday
The Cat and the wubbulous gang: And all the faces and all the new places we see
Just you and me
So come back soon, and when you do
The Cat in the Hat: I’ll have new surprises in my hat for you
The Cat and the wubbulous gang: Just one last thing and then we’re on our way
Let’s shout hooray
The Cat in the Hat: Just shout hooray
The Cat and the wubbulous gang: Hooray!
Steve: Thanks for coming to visit us.
The Cat in the Hat: Anytime, Steve! Until next time! Ta ta!
Just as they say their goodbyes, Blue waved goodbye out through the window.
The End
