Here is the transcript of All the Time for Harmony.
Narrator: Our Planet Earth is a peaceful world where Friendship and Harmony was brought, until the evil Grogar appears and plans to take over. But then, Ransik gathers Twilight Sparkle and her friends to form a new group of heroes to fight against Grogar. They are Power Rangers Harmony Force.
It was a big day in Canterlot High, because the soccer tryout is today. Rainbow Dash is happy and has been practicing at the Soccer pitch so she can hopefully become part of the Wondercolts soccer team.
Rainbow Dash: Today's the big day, Kim! I'm gonna tryout for the soccer team!
King Monkey: (as Lê Chiến Kim) It certainly is!
Carapace: (as Nino Lahiffe) I hope you win against the Shadowbolts.
Rainbow Dash: So do I, Nino, and I bet that those Shadowbolts won't know what hit them when the Wondercolts bring them down during the match!
Bunnyx: (as Alix Kubdel) Good luck, RD, you're gonna need it.
Rainbow Dash: Thanks, Alex, I sure will.
Just then, it began to rain outside. Rainbow Dash and her friends notice this happen as they all head inside.
Carapace: (as Nino Lahiffe): (shocked and confused) That's weird, the weather forecast didn't say it would rain today.
Rainbow Dash: (nodding in agreement) You might be right, Nino, something doesn't seem right. (hears her communicator ringing and answers it)
Betterfly: (as Gabriel Agreste) (on communicator) Rainbow Dash, can you read me?
Rainbow Dash: (answering it) Loud and clear, Betterfly, what's going on?
Betterfly: (as Gabriel Agreste) (on communicator) Have you check today's forecast?
Rainbow Dash: Everyone else checked it, we thought it was sunny.
Betterfly: (as Gabriel Agreste) (on communicator) That's what I'm talking about! It's like something's messing around with Mother Nature or something!
Rainbow Dash: Now that you'd mentioned, it's been raining a lot lately.
With the soccer game put on hold, decided to wait inside until it clears out.
Meanwhile, in Grogar's Dark Kingdom, he knew his plan was working perfectly.
Grogar: Splendid work, Weathervane, the soccer competition is now canceled out.
Weathervane: It wasn't nothing, Grogar. Anything I can do for the master of evil!
Grogar: Now once Monarcha brings back a mutant from the future, we'll begin phase two of my maniacal plan.
In the year of 300s, Monarcha brought a captured criminal mutant known as Venomark from Cryo Prison.
Monarcha: Now that I have brought this powerful evil monster with me, all I have to do now is unfreeze Venomark and send him to Grogar so that phase two of his plan shall begin!
Once she unfreezes Venomark, he'd enlarges to his adult size as she used Burrow to teleport them back to Grogar's Lair in the present.
Monarcha: As requested, Master, I've brought Venomark all the way from the future in Cryo Prison.
Grogar: (smirks evilly) Excellent, Monarcha! Now, we can use him for the second phase of my newest plan!
Venomark: What is your bidding, Master Grogar?
Grogar: When you see the citizens of Canterlot Town, give them your bite mark to distract the Rangers. (to Weathervane) Care to make the weather rain a bit of venom, Weathervane?
Weathervane: It will be my pleasure, Master!
And so, after extracting the venom from Venomark, Weathervane got to work on the raining venom.
At the Harmony Force Command Center, Zordon has gathered the group for a very important meeting.
Zordon: Welcome, Rangers, I will like to thank you all for attending this meeting. We don't have much time so let's get on with it. I'm sure that all of you might have noticed how the weather is going today, correct?
Twilight Sparkle: We have, Zordon. I've noticed that the weather has changed so quickly to stormy weather, even though it was supposed to be sunny today.
Ransik: It has to be the work of one of Grogar's monsters.
Zordon: Your theory is correct, Ransik. Look at the viewing globe, Rangers.
In the viewing globe, there was a sudden downpour as everyone somehow is getting sick.
Zordon: The monsters that Grogar has sent are Venomark, a mutant that can poison people with his venomous bite, and Weathervane, a monster that can control the weather to mess with the laws of nature and resurrect the undead!
Rarity: (shocked) Oh, my goodness, this is really bad!
Frax: I'd never thought I see the day I had to face my own horrible mistake in the past!
Sunset Shimmer: What're you talking about, Frax?
Frax: The day that I released Venomark in Silver Hills decades ago when Ransik and I were old enemies of the Time Force Rangers.
Sunset Shimmer: (shocked) You did?
Zordon: Yes, Sunset Shimmer, Frax released Venomark due to his annoyance with the way Ransik treated his followers under his control!
Spike: Talk about a sign of betrayal.
Ransik: It's true, I was a cruel deformed mutant back then, my hatred on the humans who shamed be brought me to the Mute-Orgs that made my entire body a weapon.
Betterfly: (as Gabriel Agreste) We must put an end to it at once, I'll send an emergency broadcast right away.
Ladybug: (as Marinette Dupain-Cheng) We'll stop them, Zordon, we'll be ready for them with some help from Rooster Bald's sublimation to have rain protection.
Zordon: Do what you must, Marinette. But be careful out there, may the power protect you all.
Starlight Glimmer: Thank you, Zordon. (as they set out)
Ransik: The Rangers, the Heroes and the Ghostforce won't last a minute if they're ever bitten by Venomark, Frax, we must prepare the serums at once!
Frax: Of course, Master Ransik, I'll have Finster, Porto, Kegler and Wrench to help collect the ingredients right away.
With no time to lose, Frax and the others got to work on collecting the ingredients for the serum to comeback Venomark's venom.
As Twilight, Marinette, Adrien, their friends, Andy, Liv and Mike are sheltered outside, they could hear Gabriel's broadcast.
Betterfly: (as Gabriel Agreste) (offscreen on the loudspeakers) Attention all civilians and students! This is a code red emergency! Stay indoors! A monster of Grogar is causing venomous rain outside! I repeat! Stay indoors until further notice. (as Shining Armor and Dean Cadance stayed indoors of Crystal Prep Academy)

Weathervane: We'll see about that! Nightmare Knights! Daybreak Knights! Miraculized! (as they all were summoned)
Spike: Let's fight these creeps off!
Ryuko: Let's shall!
Weathervane: Attack!
Twilight Sparkle: Charge!
As the fight begins, the Rangers charge at the Nightmare Knights and Daybreak Knights as they charge at the Rangers as the Weathervane lobbed some fireballs at them.
Venomark: Time to make my cue.
So while the heroes were busy dealing with the army, Venomark snuck behind each hero and bit into them.
Viperion: Second Chance! (activates second chance as and reverse a few seconds before Venomark attacks them) Guys! Watch out! (only for him to be bitten by Venomark)
Rainbow Dash: I'll take care of this freak of nature!
Twilight Sparkle: Rainbow Dash! Wait! We have to fight as a team!
Rainbow Dash: (charging at Venomark) Come here, you walking art!
Venomark: (notices Rainbow Dash charging at him and smirks evilly) Looks like I have a new victim in my sights, this should be a piece of cake!
Just as Venomark charges back, Rainbow Dash activates her Loyalty Crossbow and completely missed him as he'd bit her on the neck.
Rainbow Dash: (screams in pain)
Twilight Sparkle: Rainbow Dash! (as she collapsed the ground)
Pegasus: We had to get her out of here! Voyage! (opens a portal as they all got Rainbow Dash and the sick people out of here)
Weathervane: (notices in shock) Venomark! The Rangers, Heroes and Ghostforce got away!
Venomark: Let them go! They'll be back!
Once everyone regrouped at the Command Center, Finster, Porto and Kegler are examining Rainbow Dash's condition.
Viperion: (as Luka Couffaine) Is she going to be, okay?
Finster: (places a hand on his shoulder) She will be fine, Luka, but this is serious. We need to keep as many serums we can or else her condition will get worse.
Porto: Kegler just got the ingredients for the serum Frax requested.
Kegler: Let's hope we're not too late to save the sick people.
Rainbow Dash: Please do. (groans in pain)
Sunset Shimmer: Hang in there, Rainbow Dash, you're going to be fine.
At the hospital, Rainbow Dash was sent to bed at an emergent care center as she was put on life support.
Starlight Glimmer: How're the serums coming, Frax?
Frax: So far, so good, Starlight.
Finster: Don't worry, she and all the infected people will be better in just a few moments once they each drink one.
Mayura: (as Nathalie Sancoeur-Agreste) Then we must hurry, they won't last much longer.
So once Rainbow Dash and Venomark's victims drank the serums and are cured, Wrench finished with the cloud disintegrator device Ransik requested.
Wrench: Okay, Ransik, it's ready!
Ransik: Good work, Wrench. Now, make sure you aim straight at the cloud.
Wrench: Here it goes!
With the device ready, it was about to fire. Finally, all of the victims are back on their feet.
Rainbow Dash: (feeling her pain gone) Man, that feels much better now. What's going on?
Finster: Wrench just finished the device and put a stop to the cloud Weathervane caused.
Twilight Sparkle: But he and Venomark will be ready for a rematch any minute soon.
Just then, Wes, Eric, Bridge, Devon and their friends arrived just in time.
Wesley Collins: You're gonna need our help.
Mirage: It's the Time Force, S.P.D. and Beast Morphers Rangers.
Rarity: Let me guess, about an escape mutant criminal with venom in its fangs? We sure do need some help.
Eric Myers: Didn't think you rookies are gonna do this alone, didn't ya?
Wesley Collins: Bridge, Devon, thank you all for coming.
Bridge Carson: No problem, Wes.
Devon Daniels: We got here as soon as you contacted us, Supreme Commander Cruger and General Shaw are at the Command Center with Ransik and the others.
Once they all meet at the command center, they tried to come up with a plan to stop Venomark and Weathervane.
Twilight Sparkle: So, how're we supposed to stop Venomark and Weathervane?
Schuyler Tate: Maybe if we have vaccine of Venomark's venom, we could stop him and Weathervane and put them in their place.
Nate Silva: Trip, think you and Circuit can give me and Kat a hand with that much technology?
Trip Regis: No problem, Nate.
Kat Manx: We'll help anyway we can.
Circuit: I'll need Markov's help with that technology for the vaccine.
Markov: No problem, Circuit, let's get to it.
Circuit: You got it!
Just as they got started, some of the alarms goes off as they see security footage of civilians being frozen in place.
Ransik: What is happening!?
Alpha 5: Ai-yi-yi-yi-yi! This can't be good! All the citizens were frozen in place.
Zordon: My senses tell me that it was Monarcha's doing, look at the Viewing Globe. (with the Viewing Globe showing Monarcha using the Time Scepter around the same Venomark used the alliance ring paralyzed the victims)
Anubis Cruger: Zordon's right, Monarcha's using the Time Scepter for those who're cured but once infected by Vnomark's venom.
Betterfly: (as Gabrielle Agreste) But how is it Rainbow Dash isn't frozen up?
Circuit: It's the Element of Harmony that made her permanently cured from the effect.
Markov: And Rooster Bald's sublimation to have immunity from the venom rain by Weathervane.
General Shaw: Twilight, you and your friends are gonna have to stop Monarcha from using the Time Scepter.
Itassis: General Shaw is right, it must never fall into evil hands, it could destroy the balance of space and time.
Twilight Sparkle: We'll put a stop to this for good.
Rainbow Dash: And this time, we'll work together.
Blaze: Good call, Rainbow Dash.
Eric Myers: Alright then, we got a mutant to catch and a beast to take down.
At the outskirts, Monarcha and Venomark are preparing to continue their invasion across the world.
Monarcha: (chuckles evilly) With the Time Scepter in my possession, space and time is mine to command.
Venomark: Yes, Monarcha, Canterlot City belongs to Grogar.
Weathervane: Maybe this'll be the day to set up a museum for our accomplishments.
Rainbow Dash: (offscreen) Think again, Weathervane!
Just when Weathervane and Monarcha turn around in shock to see Rainbow Dash and the rest of the Harmony Force Rangers, they're all prepared to take care of the two evil mutant and monster and save the world once and for all.
Twilight Sparkle: Monarcha, you have something that doesn't belong to you. Give us the Time Scepter!
Monarcha: If you want it, come and get it pass Venomark and Weathervane!

Derpy Hooves: The Power Rangers are gonna need help!

With the Kamikos merged with Rooster Bold's Sublimation on the move, the Wondercolts and Shadowbolts each found some soccer balls as they lands inside them.

And once you use your powers with your soccer balls, you'll use them to help and ensure the Power Rangers, the Miraculous Superheroes and the Ghostforce will prevail over evil. Sam: Omegamax Spin-Out Attack! (as the Megazord used the Spin-Out Attack on them)

Devon Daniels: Cheetah Blaster! (as the Cheetah Blaster was summoned)
Wesley Collins: Time Target! (launched the the numbers of a clock around Veomark) Time Blast!
Eric Myers: Max Blizzard! (as they used the Time Blast and Max Blizzard at Venomark as he froze and shrunk into is mini figure size as the time drone snatched him into the containment capsule and shipped back to the future)

With Twilight, Marinette, Adrien, Andy, Liv, Mike and their friends gathered with the Wondercolts and Shadowbolts, Ransik took their picture with Rainbow Dash lifted by her teammates with the first place trophy, gold medal and blue ribbon as the picture is placed on the wall at the hall of fame.
